The in person experience has been great everytime! What I have a problem with is when I call and leave both a voice-mail or message with a person….I do not get a response to the issue in a timely manner. In fact, one of my voice-mails was never responded to.

Their policy regarding complex pain management is horrendous. I was told that I cannot get medication to treat my migraines and my fibromyalgia. I had to pick which one and suffer with the other. They also refused to provide migraine prevention shots. They would only provide botox for migraines.
The Doctors and Nurses are wonderful and I would definitely recommend them;, unfortunately the same can not be said of the support staff. The insurance and referrals department is condescending coupled with arrogant indifference. I would only recommend this office to acquaintances that I no longer wish to speak with.
