  1. Horrible customer service and extremely unprofessional. Called to make a claim regarding an accident and they still have not called me back from over two weeks ago. Getting a lawyer to get them to call me back. Ridiculous!

  2. Their insurance is a joke. I shipped a package via freight insured it for $600 there was a little damage I tried to file a claim. I found out the the $600 insurance that cost me $60 has a $1250.00 deductible.
