I’ve had Navarro Elec for years and only had 2 problems 1 was a transformer blew up interrupting power, they had it fixed in just an hour and one time a power surge tripped the transformer and within 15 mins everything was fixed super fast fixes for both problems, I couldn’t be happier with them
I have always been treated kindly by they’re employee’s. Both the inside Office personel like Mark & Maria. Also When I have had bad weather outages they’re electricians & emergency service men were at my home to fix the problems so fast no matter how bad it was outside! Navarro busted my water line with their truck while working on a transformer. I didn’t have water all day because they wouldn’t call a plumber to fix it. They attempted to fix themselves; left without telling me-NO WATER. I had to call over & over & over trying to get it fixed. I’ll NEVER live in NCEC service area again!!!
