If your internet breaks on the weekend you’re screwed…..with no credit.
When it works it is great…but customer service is awful. …tech support is lazy.
They pointed the dish away from the tower and towards our neighbors’ dish because it’s bigger…a dish that’s not only across an acre of woods but behind a garage. Internet works only half the time and even then I can hardly say it “works”. Lagging all the time and dcing more often then not.
For the last 2 weeks our internet has went in and out. Losing connection very frequently. Major connection issues. Very laggy internet. I’m about to switch carriers for our internet. This is just crazy.

As I write this I am without out internet i have the extend and when gaming I ping 50 on average good enough to play cod … love the internet …love the service … but I wish they would have some sort of tec service on at least saturday
Best service! So kind, friendly and understanding. We needed our signal receiver moved to a different location on our property and they did it quickly and made sure we would get the best connection. They are fantastic!
I’ve been in contact with them ALOT over the last 10 years. Previous address was in a really bad place even for their extended network and was going to require a tower to get service. They allowed me to climb a tree with their equipment …
I am not impressed with this service. I work from home and the service is a lot slower then what plan I am on. I am looking for another provider. My whole street has issues. In my household I am the only person that uses the internet. Very disappointed.
Go with literally any other internet company. If you’re into playing video games online don’t even bother it’s a joke. All these old heads don’t know what fast & reliable internet is.

Every time there’s a rain storm I lose the internet. I increased my plan last year, but my current level of service is much worse than when I had the cheaper plan. Time for a new provider.
I’ve always had a good experience with anyone I’ve dealt with. They always get back to me when I leave a message. The techs that come out are super helpful and courteous. Joe went through 8 different things to finally get me better signal. Is it the best internet ever? No, but it’s usualy pretty good.
