Terrible place. Awful customer service. Not customer friendly at all or appreciative of having long time loyal customers. Loan departments are a complete joke as well. There isn’t one good department in the whole entity. Wasted many years here as a customer. They don’t deserve my business

This place is great except for one thing, their website is hard to navigate when it come to changing your password. I hate having to wait till the next day to call in for help. I thought I typed in my one security answer correctly but it still locked me out of my account. Other than that it is a great credit union.
They will not work with their customer to get a loan from out of state .They want the out of state dealership to do the title work and taxes when they legally are not supposed to. The dealership was even willing to go the extra mile and …
It would be nice for them to update the ATM machine so that it can take cash and check deposits. I don’t work traditional hours, so I would like to be able to deposit cash or checks at the ATM 24/7. More than one ATM on location would be very helpful too!
NEPA FCU has been my bank for more than ten years now. The staff is very professional and very accommodating, something I never got from Wells Fargo. They are your neighbor, and you are not just a number.
– No ATM’S in multiple areas outside of the bank.
– No reimbursements for use of other ATM’S (up to as much as $4.00!)
– Only 2 branches in “nearby” area – 10 & 14 miles away. …

We flew in from Wisconsin to help a family member who is now in assisted living. NE PA was so accommodating and friendly while we consolidated accounts and used their coin machine to count those bottled coin collections. A special thanks to Nicety and Karis. Best experience ever. Will never go back to a regular bank. They work with their customers and will help you out instead of taking advantage of you at every corner. Have never had a bad experience from the time I opened an account until now. They will give you loans and refinance your car at a very great rate.

Talked to them multiple times on the phone. None of the people told me I was being charged inactive fees. I call to cancel and I have to pay $20 to close my account. Absolutely insane. Terrible business practice. Literally worse than a bank. NEVER USE NEPAFCU
