Staff to patient follow up is horrible. I’ve had tests completed that I do not know what the results are. When I asked to get them, was told that they thought I had already been talked to about them. I was then promised another call to receive them and no call. Had concerns with my medication also and no call.
No one ever picks up the phone and trying to get them to call back takes forever, sometimes you have call and leave several messages. My husband needs his meds and the pharmacy trying to contact them and just getting nowhere for weeks. I guess your patients health is not that important. And just choose another office.
