NEC Co-op Energy is a not-for-profit electricity provider. We offer plain and simple pricing, no gimmicks. When you enroll as a customer, you become a “member,” which also means you are part owner. It’s different than the big guys-the investor-owned utilities or power suppliers – because all our profits go right back to the members (you). Every year, members receive a portion of the profits “capital credits”, in the form of bill credits or cash payment. As a member, you get an honest, upfront electricity rate for your home or business, and friendly, available customer service. We also offer discounts for past and present military members and unlimited $50 bill credits for every member you refer.
