Our water is constantly getting shut off. Constant low pressure. And they work very little work hours so when you call them they do not pick up. Hard to live in a house with children with barely any running water.
Have never had a problem dealing with this company. Bills have always been consistent. The times that I have paid in person I have chatted with a really nice lady.

This company is a total ripoff. The ridulous bills are starting to get to me. So much so that I will be reporting the bad practices. It’s like they are making up bills. I need photos of these so called meter readings. I’m by myself and had a bill as high as $150 and my bills are averaging around 80 plus.
I have been dealing with this company for close to 10 years. They have always been great to deal with. I admit I was shocked to see this small company (and house) when I first walked in, but they do an amazing job! When I have had issues, they have addressed them quickly and efficiently.
