Worked here over 4 yrs. Love ever bit of what nelnet does, tries to do and the people I work with. What most don’t understand is we have to abide by the DOE regulations, we don’t make them up.
Can’t tell if they have bad intentions or are just incompetent. They can accept payments, but can’t seem to process documents or in-school deferments, even after a half-dozen attempts.
