HR at this place is awful, they offer you positions you didnt apply for, and make false promises about you possibly getting the one you apply for in 5 years. Given the turn over, it’s likely that HR person wont be there in 5 years to honor such a promise. If thats how they treat outsiders, no wonder the staff are leaving in droves.

Rude manager / boss , very disrespectful and unprofessional. Was here for a job & I had to be the bigger person & apologize. Some disgusting people like when you walk into the building and get greeted majority great workers polite and understanding.
Been an employee here for 3 years and have seen this company grow and grow. I work with many passionate people who enjoy what they do, and love Neo’s mission. Having lost my own mother to cancer, I truly feel like I’m making a difference helping others who are going through such a tragic thing.
