  1. I’m trying to become a new patient here but I haven’t been able to contact anyone via phone for 3 days now. This would be a huge problem if I had questions about my medical conditions as an established patient. I’ll have to look elsewhere

  2. I had a change in my symptoms of Parkinson’s and called the office… left a message … no response…. 2 days later called the office left a message … no response… 2 days later again no response … I need a office that cares and this one is not that

  3. I can’t say how my experience is because they won’t even answer their phone!!! I call multiple times in the day and they will never answer. I cannot leave a message either because the machine cuts off. So now I have terrible pain still because they won’t answer a simple phone call. All I want is my test.

  4. Had a test done in September of 2015, and haven’t gotten the results yet and its been over a year. I keep contacting them to have it sent to my current doctor and then it never gets sent. This place is very unprofessional and I have been paying off the expensive lab test with no results.

  7. This office has gone down hill. I had an fmla paper that was good to the end of 2021 , but company was bought out so i had to resubmit. Dr. refused to sign until i saw him. Holding fmla paper work hostage is just wrong. Especially when those fmla days off mean a person job.

  8. I tried for 2 weeks to get a hold of anyone in this office to get a fax number so that I could send them a referral for a patient. After leaving several voice messages not once did I receive a phone call back. Because of this issue I had to refer the patient to another facility.
