Rude receptionist
Very hard to get a hold of. No one answers the phone.
Love my Dr. Alvarez personality,& STAFF. hard to get a hold of at times.busy busy bees.
Patient should be treated with dignity and respect you never know when it’s going to be your turn to be the patient
I needed to cancel my appointment. Very hard to get ahold of them. I’ve called twice at different hours, answering service answers, cannot leave message.
Finally received my results. The office manager & Dr. Restrepo was very pleasant and helpful. They were very understanding to my situation.
I went to him for spinal issues and I am better now. He was kind and helpful. The staff was also very nice eventhough I was late.
While the doctors don’t treat the condition for my family member, Destiny was extremely understanding and helpful in offering referrals to others who might. She was extremely understanding and I couldn’t be more grateful for her assistance.

If you are active duty military with tricare DO NOT COME HERE. Their office staff does not understand how tricare works and will rudely argue with you about your coverage. I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews. I love this place. Dr. Vu listens to me, believes me, gives me options for treatment. He isn’t pushy about the medicines either. He allows me to be a part of my treatment plan. If I need refills and call it in, it’s sent in quickly too. I recommend him and his office.
