Not a good start, kept on the phone for about 30minutes to try and schedule an appointment. Only to be told they are booked two months out. I have a serious ear infection that feels like swimmers ear if you’ve ever had that – serious pain. Two months – seriously?

Don’t trust these folks. Got sent to the ER by one of their doctors because of lab work, turned out lab work gave incorrect results. Nevada Health Centers doesn’t want to do anything to make it right because “these things happen.” I’m stuck with the ER bill because of their incompetence.
