the sleep tech was very helpful, the only problem I encountered was the mask over my nose and mouth bother me……..today I had a bloody nose and feel the tenderness along the nostrils.
They were very nice and professional. They made me relaxed to be there. Quick response to my study…I was able to get my results in 1 week of the study.

My husband found the experience to be a nightmare. The tech was cold and inconsiderate. He could not trust the diagnosis because the experience only created anxiety and choking.

This was my third time having a sleep study preformed by Sleep Diagnostics. Each time I was there the staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. They explained the procedure and anwsered all questions making sure the patient fully understands what to except during the study.

Can’t get anyone to pick up the phone. Automated answering machine is a maze of button pushing that ultimately leads to a full inbox, immediate disconnect, and 10 minutes of your life wasted trying to get a simple question answered.
I have had sleep studies at the ficility before. This sleep study was performed in my home over two nights. My Bride and I picked up the equipement the day it began. The tech that showed us how to run the equipement was the best. He was professional and made sure that all of our questions were answered. He really needs a raise.
The sleep techs were very friendly and professional. Since having the test I have chosen the pillows and it works great. Even though I got at the hospital at 9:30pm and didn’t get to bed till after 11pm it was still a nice and pleasant stay.
