  1. They tell you that you can,t have internet without a land line, well the deal is they get paid so much by the Federal Government for every land line they have so they get paid twice for the phone they force you to pay for.

  6. I bought the internet and had problems because my outlet is in my kitchen. I raised the router and put it on top of my refrigerator and it started working. Try raising your router up as high as you can and your internet will work better. Also upgrading the firmware in the router helps.

  10. This is the worst ISP I have ever dealt with. They charge $80 a month for 6 mbps DSL service. My friend who lives in Huntsville has Gigabit internet for around $50 a month. I understand they are a little bit on the rural side but $80 is a lot of money for sh*tty speed.

  13. My internet is fast, the stations come in clearly. I have only experienced one outage in 1.5 years and it was very brief. The customer service is excellent (Thanks Mahalia! You rock!). The only thing I miss about Comcast is the ability to see movies and old shows. Keep up the good work!

  48. I’ve been a customer (CoOp member) for 30 years. The few service issues that I’ve had over the years have been addressed quickly by competent, friendly and helpful technicians. The couple of times I’ve needed to visit the office, I was greeted by friendly staff and my requests were taken care of quickly and professionally.
