The nurse staff were wonderful especially Kathy before and after surgery. The front checkin staff were very indifferent and just pushed through with the paperwork. I understand they are just doing their job but could be a little nicer.

All good service except for 1st nurse could not get my IV started after multiple tries and lots of pain!
Next nurse came and got it the first try?? Maybe retraining or refresher courses needed for older staff?

I was very very nervous about my first catract surgery…so nervous I was shaking. But everyone from receptionist …nurses…doctors and everyone that attended to me made me feel at ease. When I return in December I won’t be nervous at all.
