Nothing but issues and excuses lately. During peak hours you’re lucky to even load a website. Currently looking for new service. Very frustrating and they are aware of issues.
Terrible internet they fix it work about two weeks and goes right back to not working, this is a on going cycle and it’s getting really old , on the verge of stopping my service ,,,,
The products they provide are way overpriced for how little you get and the internet they provide is slow or it doesn’t work at all their website is poorly optimized. They also do not support mobile on one of their website nktelcos costumer support well I don’t even think they have one. Also nktelxo is a monopoly.

I experience frequent internet outages. I would estimate at least 3-5 times a week for periods of time ranging from 15 minutes to a couple hours. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
This company is no good. with a high price of $90 you can get 100mbps which is declared as decent internet. for $45/mon you get 25mbps which for family is impossible to use. Just very trash.
Internet is lacking speed and bandwidth it costs $35.95 a month which is cheaper than watch tv but I only get .22 mbps up and .24 mbps down. I cant get verizon dsl or anything else here in the boonies so i’m stuck with it but check your area before you buy!
The office staff, Annette, was kind, thorough, efficient, and understanding. The technicians, Nick and Nate, get the job done fast and right. Outstanding service!

I wouldn’t even give this internet provider a one star. Their internet is very overpriced. When downloading something on my computer I get 1 mb/sec for 35$ a month which is absolutely horrible. I’d rather move out of New Knoxville then pay these horrible prices for the internet.
The internet service barely works, cuts out non stop and the service providers repeatedly will say we are good on our end. Due to them being the only service provider for the smaller towns they have no competition to actually improve.
Can’t wait for this company to reap the benefits of the Farm Bill and other rural legislation. Maybe some day NKTelco will be a competitive company and really get into the same world as the rest of the cable service providers. From what i …
Inconsistent internet speeds during peek hours. Installed and sold me a modem for $160. I didn’t know about the cost till I got my first bill because I wasn’t home during the installation. Just use Spectrum instead. They’ll rent you equipment for free that you can install yourself.
This company despite having decent people when i call and decent customer service is the largest waste of money. My sevice is offline more often than it is online. The signal we recieve when paying for 15 mbs is lucky to recieve 1 or 2 mbs …
Great internet service provider. Very rarely have issues, but when we do, they are resolved very quickly. Got home from vacation and our internet was out. Someone responded to my email within 5 minutes. Had a service tech at our doorstep within an hour – on a Sunday. You won’t get that with Spectrum.
