This hospital makes you think they care when in reality a bowl of soup gets better treatment of their employees. The hospital is experiencing financial trouble. Per Diem wages were cut and so was some staffing, But Bruce King (President …
Everyone was so nice from the nurseing staff to the Doctor’s to the house keeping people. I was going to Dartmouth’s Mary Hichcock Hospitol where the nurses were rude and bedside manners were horrible. I followed my surgeon to New London …
Went to the ED with my daughter and her symptoms of appendicitis. In the middle of a snow storm. Took us longer to get there, but once we did, we got right in. If it hadn’t been for the nurse who looked after her, it would have been a great …
In the years between 2003-2009 I had surgery, X-rays, ultra sounds, blood work, bone density and mamagrams, and numerous doctor visits with their physicians, but no one, no one, can find my records. It’s like they’ve vanished into thin air!
If negative stars were possible, then that would be what I give this place. I went in with reoccurring on and off blindness, pulse hitting 190 when just sitting and weakness. I was admitted into the NH Hospital for Anxiety a few months …
Was recently an in-patient to the hospital. Staff very friendly. One of the Doctors covering was a surgeon from Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. Outstanding bedside manner, and very knowledgeable. The other Doctor covering, the …
Had to go to the emergency room one night after 10 pm and I got right in. No wait at all. The Drs and nurses were very friendly and they treated me great.
Reading some of the reviews, I guess there is just no pleasing some people!

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL! THEY ARE SO NOT LGBT FRIENLY. They are rude and discriminatory. Words can not describe how they make you feel. Improper use of pronouns, and when corrected they are still rude.
I have been a patient at New London Hospital for 15 years. The quality and professionalism of all the staff from the doctors to the surgeons is just great. I cannot understand why anyone would give this hospital a negative review. …

DO ARRIVE with your service animal, they will not allow you to enter. I was told I needed to fill out paperwork prior in order to bring my service dog into the hospital. I guess if you have no prior warning your going to need to go into the hospital this policy isnt very accommodating.
This is a horrible hospital, I was in a car accident last year and was brought by ambulance, not only did they not check my neck and back before yanking me into a sitting position but they didn’t check my nephew at all, come to find out his …

Unfortunately I am not able to enter this review with no stars, it makes you select at least one, but I do not believe they deserve even that. I have never been so frustrated with any business as I am with New London Hospital! I have been …

Took forever to get seen and they took blood for labs and told me they were gonna call me but apparently you have to go online to receive any results, which I was not informed of. I also sat with my urine sample for almost 35 mins before a nurse came back and got it from me the doctor wouldn’t even take it after I asked him about it.
Excellent service from top to bottom. I was admitted for one night to recover from surgery and was cared for with great compassion. All of the nurses were extremely attentive to my needs and our conversations were great. Also the food was delicious and filling. Thank you all so much and keep up the hard work!

When a patient is a diabetic i am pretty sure putting sugar on their tray is a no no, not a very good dietary department.
ER doctor was kind enough to provide a panic attack for only the cost of my $100 copay!
