They treat you just like a number ! They return calls 3 or more days away. My adjuster was extremely rude and demanding. I pray I never get injured again but if I do I hope they will have figured out costumer service is not her trade !!!

This is by far the worst place to go to when you are hurt from work. My agent says I’ve been on workers comp to long but she takes her time approving next steps to try and get me better. She never answered the phone or calls me back. She thinks she the doctor tells me my mri don’t read like the doctor says.
Keep getting emails saying I have a balance due. My previous employer made payments for me by taking it out of my check. Have not worked for this employer in almost 2 years, policy should have been cancelled but still am being harassed with late payments.
