This place is a joke. Whoever answers the phone honestly has the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune to experience. The lady mumbled and I couldn’t understand her words. I got hung up on and she would not answer the phone after that. It’s 2016 almost 2017 where is the website?
Shut off our water 2 days before the bill was even due. Now we gotta pay the deposit again when the bill wasn’t even due for two more days. What kind of sense does that make? All they are is a bunch of suckers for money.

Honestly it’s the worst in every way. No web site, no credit cards, no customer service…but an abundance of attitude. They made it as hard as possible to pay, but will shut your water off in a heart beat. Rest assured the same sense of urgency is not there when getting it back on. Shame!
Every couple of months we get a bill and then they come shut it off without warning ! You go to get it turned back on and it is 4or 500 bucks. They gave us little break on a leak that is not our fault and it is still leaking to this day. I …
New Miami Water department takes credit cards now, but only in person. I can hardly wait until they get a website set up so we can do online payments. It would make things easier.

They need to offer online payments. This is the ONLY bill I cannot pay online.

Great news! Online payments are available now! Just need to make sure they have an email on file and you can create an account and pay online.
