Pearson really needs to consider changing the people in the front desk. I was taking an exam out of the country of my citizenship. The day before the exam I went to my country consulate to extend my passport. There was a typo in the renewal β¦
The staff in the back of the testing center were very nice, respectful and took their time explaining everything about the exam in a professional matter. The little girl at the front desk check-in needs to tone her little funky attitude β¦
