Can’t say enough good things about the people here at Newhards. Local, neighborhood pharmacy that does compounding or compounded prescriptions. The chains don’t do that.
Two times they delivered labels, but medicine to go with the labels. This medicine is for a hospice patient who really needs it. This is unacceptable for any type of pharmacy to do.
I made a mistake by giving them 3 stars. Overall, they are much better than the local CVS.
Was picking up medicine for our rabbit and they had a display for a screen cleaner at the register so I took off the cap that wasn’t sealed or anything and briefly tried it out and they forced me to purchase it, very rudely I might add.
Filled my prescription and there were pills missing. Would not acknowledge their mistake or investigate why my script was short. Someone should really look into their shady business practices.
