When a home is vacant from July 30th (home is on the market and that is why the water was still on) and you get a bill in the same amount as when the home was occupied how is this possible? We need more options for warer services in Newton County. The online pay system no longer works and you can not pay by phone, so you have to drive all the way to the office to make a payment.
