Internet is good… But the customer service skills of some of the staff are not so great … I always feel like I’m bothering them are irritating them when I go in or call to get a problem resolved…

Been waiting over a year for fiber to actually be installed, prepaid in advance for it and will be canceling my service because I’m tired of paying for a landline phone I don’t need, want, or even use.
Decent internet for the area however the cost for what is available is astronomical. You have to pay for a phone line to get internet at your house even if you never use the phone line. Paying over $75 a month for 6 MB is very outdated …
Jill is one of the worst customer service reps I’ve ever dealt with. In the age of technology this company can’t even provide a stabil 40meg 5up connection.the only reason they have a customer base is because the only other option is satellite or century link.
