Works fine once you get things setup. However, when you are told a tech will be there during a certain time frame, they will not be there. You’ll be lucky if they show up that day
Make sure when you cancel your service, get the cancellation note in writing because they will continue to bill you for months with no notification then slam you with a $100+ bill for services you canceled.
