When I pay for trash pick up, I expect to get trash pickup and not a new hobby. Have had to call at least a dozen times for the trash not being picked up, even the owner will not return my calls. Horrible.
Great company. Very nice and willing to help. We have been customers for many years. Our daughter just bought her first home and they have been so nice and so willing to help get her the right products and service. The owner and all the office personnel couldn’t be more helpful and polite.
Well so far very unreliable from delivery of cans to missed pickup of weekly trash I paid in advance and seems like you can’t ever get a hold of anyone in the office this is so frustrating all I want is the service I paid for

Weekly trash service is missed on average one to two times a month. I don’t understand how a company can drop the ball so often and be so lackadaisical about correcting their constant mistakes.
They’re a great company. We’ve had them since we moved out to Guilford 15 years ago. I can’t count how many times I’ve forgotten to get the garbage out on time and they were usually able to get it picked up anyway. Always have been friendly, courteous and accommodating to me.
They stopped picking up my garbage and recycling. I emailed and was told they would be here the next day. They never came and they are not returning my messages or emails.
