Service is not good . Every time employee not response call . I disconnect my account in this time employee said we refund deposit amount after one week . But after one month I am not get my deposit amount.
Since they changed account numbers attempting to make payment thru the automated has been a nightmare. I called 8 times and was not able to make a payment
They will hold your deposit for twelve weeks or more, rather than the eight they promise, when you close your account. Just know that and you can plan accordingly.
Lived in Norwalk for two years and I have lost power more times then I can count. There is barely a customer care service available after business hours.
Another beautiful night and yet another power failure.
The businesses of SoNo have suffered long enough and deserve better. I am no fan of the big power companies but anything would be better than this poorly run monopoly.
This company has a great website that’s easy to navigate. I had to take over paying my elderly mother’s bills and have never had any trouble with SNEW.
My building lost electric 3 times in 2 months with no bad weather to explain it. This is ridiculous. I used to live in downtown Stamford for 2 years and never had this issue. SONO electric sucks. We need to get a different electric company for SONO.
Service is pathetic and spotty at best. This is what happens when one company has a monopoly over an area: they don’t have to try. Power has been out for 4 hours and counting, but apparently tweets illustrated with cartoon characters makes it right?
The electric reliability is terrible. My building is constantly losing power even when the weather is perfectly fine outside and it usually takes at least several hours to come back on. Not a problem I experienced when I lived in a different area in Norwalk with a different utilities provider. It’s a bit ridiculous
Just contacted South Norwalk Electric and Water to express my disappointment regarding the power outage that is scheduled for 6 hours tonight. My frustration is heightened due to the fact that my power was out overnight two weeks ago, as …
There have been multiple “planned” outages in my area for long durations of time with no notice from SNEW. They simply do not care to notify customers. Our water has also been brown on multiple occasions, rarely with any updates from SNEW …
I’ve been in South Norwalk for 27 years and had SNEW the entire time. Besides the fact that rates are pretty affordable, we always get power back after a storm before my friends in other parts of the state. I receive communication from them …
Using what little battery I have left on my phone to write this — lived within the SNEW grid for six months now and have lost power an upwards of four times for hours on end with no reasoning or follow up. Native of CT but lived in NYC for …
Bone heads work here.
Great burgers.
Wish I could leave zero stars. Trash company. Trash people.
Garbage company. Lose power at least twice a month for no apparent reason. Charges a ton as well

Randomly power will just go out for the whole day
A very nice woman was caught, told and explained everything, thank you very much!!!

8-10 weeks to receive refund of deposit and yet they want the deposit paid in full upfront? Horrible service protocols.

Shall we discuss how RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE they are. Stay away from this area!
