Very poor customer service my Wi-Fi keeps going out every single day and every single day they can’t fix it absolutely ridiculous this company’s even in business
I wish I didn’t have to put a star, they have ran me and my family around the bush to get power to our new house we have been staying in out of a hotel because it’s too cold and when they finally come to set the poles to run the power they leave to go deer hunting.
Despite having my bill paid and the rest of Hamilton having problems with their service, they disconnected my internet (which my wife needs to do her job). They seem to run off of incompetence and have terrible customer service!!!
The power is in and out constantly. We have six kids that suffer because of it and it will be a clear sunny day and the power just goes off for no apparent reason. If we had another option for a power company we would immediately cut this one off.
If power goes down they seem to turn off their phones, if you select “power related” option on “call in a problem”, they disconnect you. No way to contact them or get information…
It feels like they can’t even do there jobs. Everytime the power goes off for a minute the internet will stay out out for days on end then come back on for a few days jut for it to go out for a few more days pretty expensive to pay for something we rarely use now.
I cannot put into words how great of a customer experience we had at the Hamilton location and the service technician. Kendra Patterson had everything set up in less than 24 hours. She was on spot with EVERYTHING. Amazing customer service, …

They will cut you off over $.44, and 1 day. They dont care. If there was another company we could use, we would switch.
