Too many doctors in this practice! It was hard to get personal care and the wait times were very long.
The front desk ladies are really rude. If you call in to ask a question they act like they don’t know the answer and hang up.

Dr. DeGuenther is always personable. He works fast but I haven’t found a doctor lately that doesn’t. Even though he works efficiently, he does a very good job of explaining your diagnosis and options. I hate to see him retire but wish him the best.

Staff is exceptional. Yancey was warm and very pleasant to speak with. Your are already nervous via appt, but he made my visit warm and pleasant, easy to discuss medical issues. Most are rushing to get to next patients. This was not an issue at this facility. Exceptional pleasant, warm and friendly atmosphere.

I was in a room starting preparation ten minutes before my official appointment time. The staff was courteous, efficient, and respectful. The doctor kept a sense of humor while working. All follow up information was clear. A good experience for a bad procedure.

I was very pleased with Dr Cramer. She listened to me & took her time during the examination. For the first time in a long time I felt as if I was going to get the help I needed.
I don’t want to waste my time and energy with this group. All I can say is find a different group of doctors. I’ve had surgery and unable to get answers regarding my condition. It’s hard to get someone to return your call. I’m contacting my general practitioner who referred me and let them know how unhappy I am with this group.
PA Meredith Sharpton took the time to answer our questions and helped us make a more informed decision on our options regarding the free loading kidney stones I’m carrying. Once the stones are delivered they will be free to a good home.
