This company told me they required a $150.00 “Processing Fee” for a rental property I wanted to rent. Of course this is in addition to all the other fees, deposits, etc. It is my very own, personal opinion, that people who try to skin others, simply because they can, are nothing more than a collection of sleazy, scum-bag, shysters.
Awful to deal with. Def would not Recommend if you are a Vendor, it’s not worth not getting paid or the long delays that take place to eventually get paid. Too many cook’s in the kitchen, that’s for sure! Do yourself a favor & stay away, you will save yourself a ton of time & $$!!
