I’ve had great experiences here. The ARNPs and MDs are patient-centered, and truly strive to listen proactively. They are better at communication than most clinics I’ve experienced.
The building is busy and it is difficult to communicate at times. But if you are truly ill they will find a way to see you and rectify your issues. Great doctors, great nurses.
Very responsive and Dr Schineier is now my new GI. He listens and is very attenative to my needs. A good GI is difficult to find and as a person with Crohn’s it’s imparitive to have one. I’m very happy with the staff as they are very helpful and getting an appt has been good.
Not only do I not like the doctors who have seen me here (with one exception) but they call to cancel your appointment the day before your appointment because you used to have an insurance they don’t take but their system says you have it now after you’ve waited 2+ months for an appointment. Highly don’t recommend this place.
We have checked our insurance coverage before colonoscopy procedure; however, the final billing came with an unannounced additional facility fees. There is no patient recover room after sedation.
I was very happy how my procedure went at Puget Sound Gastro. The staff was professional and friendly. Everyone, from the doctor to the receptionist was excellent. I highly recommend them!

I have been a patient for several years. This clinic is run very well in all respects, with a great staff. My wife has also been a patient of Dr. Gou for years. His care has been excellent. Technically he is very gifted in the surgery. Moreover he answers all questions we have had. I can’t think of any area that needs improvement.
