I have been a member of this bank for over 10 years and it has gone downhill in the last few years. This year they went as far as to put a 5 day hold on my federal income tax check lmao like the irs isn’t good for it!
Very kind for the most part once in awhile there’s a person that’s rude maybe they’re not trying to be rude maybe they don’t have people skills for the most part it’s a great place
