Worst service I’ve ever had, receptionist was rude, was on hold for ten minutes, they don’t know how to do their job.

If that’s how they handle patient payment statements they should be Audited by the IRS because they have to be cooking the books!
Takes them 3 hours to do ONE COVID tests super unorganized
Chronic “misplacing” of paperwork and extremely poor communication. 2/10 won’t recommend.
These people really don’t care about you. To get a prescription refilled is like you don’t exist. If you want a doctor who cares don’t go to Terry Reilly .

This is the worst place. I didn’t even get seen before the rescheduled me. Canceled multiple appointments and then would schedule you for the wrong thing. Go any where else.they are unprofessional and rude. Central district health is the way to go hands down.

They are bad at returning phone calls, and you always get forwarded to a voicemail, when simply wanting results from a test. I’ve waited over 3 weeks for them to call me after leaving several voicemails, and it’s ridiculous that they won’t call me back. I don’t recommend this clinic unless it’s your only option!

First time here. I was given the run around for 4 days from another provider. I walked into urgent care on 16th. Saw Keri who was very knowledgable and had some “common sense”.
