I had a trial pair of contacts that were order. it should have taking them two weeks max to get them in and instead it took a whole month After I called repeatedly all I got were excuses why they hadn’t come. Very bad costumer service and incompetent staff.
I sustained a large corneal abrasion at work. I was scared but the Rexburg Vision Center helped me through every step of the recovery process.
I accidentally broke my frames, and they got me a new pair on warranty. Great folks!

I have had very good service with the knowledgeable doctors and helpful staff in this office. I have been going to them for several years and plan to continue. Their expertise is much appreciated.
Expect at least 45 minutes before someone realizes you need help filling a glasses prescription, and even then you may end up walking out and going to Eagle Vision Center instead because no one ended up helping or even acknowledging your presence.
I have been going to Dr. Mortensen for many many years, and there is a reason for that. Dr. Mortensen and his staff have always taken very good care of me trying their best to meet my needs. I highly recommend them.
From being checked in, to the screening, to the exam, to the glasses fitting–the customer service is amazing, and I felt so welcome and cared for. Everyone is so great!
