They were unbeatable for the personal feel in direct comparison to my original mortgage lender. The HELOC process was super fast and easy. It only took a couple weeks from start to finish. This credit union hasn’t let me down once for different types of loans and banking.
P1FC is by far the worst when it comes to customer support. If you enjoy waiting for no help this is the place for you. Oh and if you like your account to constantly be locked this is another wonderful choice. P1FCU needs to fix their customer support because I don’t like wasting 4 hours to not get my problem fixed.
