$421.00 billing charge for my wife’s routine ultrasound. It took 20-30 minutes.
Ridiculous.
The caring and sensitive staff are who make this place great. If you need an ultrasound, you’ll be comfortable here.
All the staff I’ve dealt with have been friendly, helpful, and professional. It has been reasonably quick for both X Rays and MRI’s.
They will never perform an MRI on my wife or anyone else that I can persuade. My wife was in total agony and they did not care one little bit!!!
This medical imaging facility is professional and courteous. I’ve used their services more than once and was pleased with their overall service and requests requiring immediate imaging required for surgery .
Took 6 weeks to schedue an MRI. Then their MRI machine wouldn’t work so they rescheduled. When I finally got in, they made me wait over an hour due to their mistake.
The receptionists aren’t very nice. They act like it’s a bother I am there. They speak very loudly so your private information and the reason you are there is blasted through the whole room. I also say there forever, waiting.
I’ve been here several times for X-rays and an mri or two. I’ve always been treated so well and made comfortable. Thank you Teton Radiology!
The radiologist was very kind and on top of that, helped carry my baby in his car seat out to my car while I held my other child with a broken foot. He didn’t have to help me, he willingly volunteered and I was impressed and thankful.
Very caring staff and doctors!! The doctor found my inflammatory arthritis in my hip that i would otherwise not have known why I was hurting and couldn’t walk. Dr. Strobel is VERY caring!!
They got three because they are fast. After many tests the doctor that did my ultra sound and biopsy still wouldn’t difenativly rule out cancer. Dissapointed. I don’t know if that’s for malpractice suits but I paid and came in multiple times. I would have liked an answer.
The entire team was warm and friendly. They were very concise and organized at the front desk. Michelle made the testing very comfortable and easy. Thank you for the great experience.

Front desk and Receptionist weren’t super friendly. Sure everyone has good days and bad days. But its not a trip to the grocery store or your home its your JOB! The care staff was amazing. Sadly I’m not sure if we will be back.
My MRI tech, Vicki, is the nicest person. She took good care of me during a difficult sausage wrapped MRI. She listened to me and was so cheerful. I love the service I receive here.
