Totally turned off by front desk receptionist. Her attitude was unprofessional and unnecessary.
It didn’t get much better from there. I can not recommend this facility at all and I will be telling my physician not to do so as well..
Very Nasty to the elderly in explaining covid protocol.
Poor woman was so belittled bc she didnt understand…then another elderly person came in and again yelling at her shaking her fist and arms at the patient.

Got here early as advised (10:05) for an 11 a.m. appointment. It is now 11:14 a.m and I am STILL WAITING to be seen. This makes no sense. If I didn’t need this test fir a pre op clearance, I would leave. Never have I ever waited this long to take a test!!! People who came after me have gone up, and several have already left!!
I have been going there for 15+ years, for breast radiology. Wait time is not bad at all, and doctors and nurses are empathetic.
BUT since they have been bought out by Northwell, their prices have gone up by 65%+. No warning on their part. Needless to say, I will no longer return there.
I have been using the services of Rosetta for over 30 years. The physicians are the most thorough radiologists I have ever used. In addition to being thorough and even more importantly, they are truly among the kindest and most compassionate doctors I have ever used.
They put me on hold FIVE times when trying to book an appointment. It took 15 minutes. The service was not good. I would not recommend it.
Front desk lady was horrible. Poor demeanor. She is the receptive at all. How is she even in the front to receive people.
