This bank is horrible! I deposit checks and it doesn’t even show that I deposited for 2 days. I have deposited cash at 10 a.m. and it didn’t get credited til the next day. They do this deliberately to try to get an overdraft and charge $38. I have had it with this bank! They do everything they can to rip you off!

No professionalism has been displayed, since Soy Capital bank was purchased from First Mid Bank. I have no trust in them managing my monies. The staff/employees are very rude and unprofessionalism is the mission they display when I’m in need of service. We pulled out our cash and I suggest you do the same A.S.A.P.
