Their check in procedures are ridiculously long and complicated. You can’t even make an appointment to get blood drawn for labs. If there is a line for labs, they can’t even tell you how many people are ahead or how long the wait will be. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else. Ridiculous.
I was a walk-in for an injury and I was seen right away. Everyone from the front staff, the nurses, physician, and Xray technician were above and beyond friendly and helpful. I am so grateful they were there to help me… thank you!
We came from a big city that had world-class medical and diagnostic facilities and treatment. While PSMC is not in the same level, it does offer excellent, and immediately accessible, top-quality medical care.

The worst ER experience !! The Dr. did absolutely nothing for the issue I went in for. Left me feverish in a cold exam room for almost 2 hours and never even checked on me till I called the nurse with the button. No blanket , nothing for the fever. I should’ve just stayed home and suffered in my bed.

Their constant turnover of staff is concerning. The first doctor I saw for orthopedic pain offered no help and instead just told me to stop using my hand (dominant hand). It took a second visit and second copay to get any help. I would not recommend this medical center. Just go all the way to Durango.
I am surprised that there are any negative reports due to the attention and expertise that I recently experienced. Dr. Halterman was thorough, honest, and sympathetic. Everyone, from the check-in receptionist, to the nurse, and Dr. Mitchell himself did their best to make the experience a positive one. On vaca we brought our teenage daughter into the ER. Dr Halterman and the ER nurse were amazing. They couldn’t have been more attentive and proactive. Thanks to their care our daughter was on the mend within 24 hours. Thank you to all of her medical team.
