LCFC is not my main bank so a few months after I opened the account,
I had some questions and issues. Jarrod is awesome. He was extremely thorough and took all the time I needed to answer questions. And he resolved all of my concerns. Thanks for the great customer service.
I used to love the environment here up until about a year ago. Now I’m treated with rude remarks like my business doesn’t matter. I have gotten the run around so many times as well. Don’t get me wrong there are some great ones, but they are no longer and the Jefferson location.
They lost my car title and then sent a letter 10 months later saying they don’t have it but everything shows on bmv and dealer end that they got it sent to them. Why is this my problem and why should I help them do there job.
Run! Don’t touch this place! There is only one person that can accept home equity loan applications and she made several mistakes. She will not return phone calls or emails either.. They also have way too many charges on their services.

What should have took 3 days, took 3 weeks to get a camper loan. It was total chaos, and the previous camper owner almost backed out because of it.

I work hard for my money why is this bank dictating how much I can withdraw a day? Switching to PayPal plus get my money earlier!
