I was happy with this office till I found out that they will bill you without calling or emailing and send the debt (less than $15) to a collector without attempting to contact you any other way than through mail that I never received. Absolutely appalling.
They were fantastic with my son last year so when I fell ill, I called them first. After sitting on hold over 10 minutes, I was told I would have to leave a message for a doctor to see if they wanted to take me as a patient. I called a different office, got right in and gave them my money instead.

Has to be one of the rudest office staffs on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Can’t speak for the doctors I left before seeing one. But they employ the worst so that don’t say much for them..
