Im constantly having issues with the service restarting and having to call the office however the fact that they don’t EVER answer the phone nor have 24hr customer support for these situations is the reason I’m wishing we could switch to a different provider….

A bit unpredictable, and incredibly frustrating at times. Also, little to no technical support on weekends. However, when it works it’s the best value you can get in hard to reach areas. Far better than the satellite options or dial up.
Paying top dollar for internet that never works. Speeds always drop below 1 Mbps for hours so you can’t do anything. Only reasons for having their service is because they are the only company in my area that has no data cap. Was told my only option for internet to be reliable and work is to pay $2500+ To have a 60ft pole put in.
Horrible customer service. Our wifi has been out for THREE DAYS with no help from employees. We have called at least several times with no response, it goes right to voicemail. When it is working it has very fast working internet.
Have had Syncwave for almost a year now, and i just upgraded to the highest tier. I am super happy with the service and is by far the best alternative to Charter in our local area. They have fantastic customer service and have absolutely no issues.
Ok when it’s working. Speed is below what is promised. Outages are always on my end. Can’t wait for Starlink. No support after 5 pm. For a 24/7 operation seems pretty weak

We’ve been with Syncwave since it’s early days. Always had very knowledgeable and helpful people to fill our needs. Recently had an upgrade installed and James took extra time to make sure my internet was operating up to speed. He was very gracious and courteous. Keep up the great work guys!

Very good Internet and very reliable. Has no issues with using sling on 3 tv’s while kids play PS4 and Xbox online all at the same time.
