Shayla, Dr. Eby and staff went above and beyond fitting my daughter in for her exam on a day they were fully booked, closing early for the Labor Day holiday, I had screwed up the time and arrived late and had to get back to Glen Arbor for her practice right away — they took care of us and got us in and out —we are both going back!

The wait time at this place is not acceptable. I had a 10:45 appointment and was not seen until after 12:00. Unfortunately, this is the norm at their office as I’ve experienced this on multiple occasions.
I really like the doctor and staff. But it’s pretty ridiculous when your told the wait is 15mins to see the doctor. Then end up waiting for a hour or longer in the room for the doctor to come in.
Care is good, but ABSOLUTELY horrendous wait time. If you don’t know if eyes are being dilated, the patient needs someone else to take a half day off from work to sit for what today is now at 1 hour 45 minutes and counting. Pathetic!!!

The eye-care I receive is always good. My only criticism is with the “wait time” — recently I waited a total of 50 minutes to see the provider (a half-hour initially; then another 10 minutes after my field-vision test; then two waits of 5 minutes each after that.
I just had cataract surgery with Dr. Eby I’m so excited. Not only am I 20/20, I can now see to drive at night. The whole experience was just terrific.
