I am giving one star off of one Employee ( April) everyone else is always so friendly and helpful. The one time out of the 11 years I have banked with New Horizons credit Union, I have only ran into her that customer service sucks.
Literally been waiting almost a month for a new debit card after the bank was hacked. I one answers the phone and when asked for a call back number no one ever returns your call. Would be super nice to have a debit card so I can pay my bills again.
