I’ve been a member for almost 6 years. The staff is always friendly and professional. The web system is pretty easy to use, and the mobile app is just as solid.
Unfortunately the customer service has gone down over the past year. From putting holds on cash to not wanting to release holds on checks, I have struggled with this bank for at least a year. Very disappointed to have to go less where after being with this bank for so long.
Terrible customer service, very rude and unfriendly women who will stare down their nose at you and silently stab you with their eye daggers of hate and judgment. No thanks. Too many other great credit unions… see ya!

Do not bank at this credit union. It is a terrible place to bank. No after hours help. They want to change you an arm and a leg for checks. The customer service is rude. Keep your money safe and run from this place.
Debbie is the only bad part about this bank. She has an inability to admit her mistakes and quite frankly should not be customer facing. She’s been incorrect multiple times and has made multiple visits infuriating for me and others I know. USA Federal deserves better and so do their customers.
