Horrible customer serviced and vile people that aren’t willing to help you in a time of need! I wished there were another water company around to switch to. That way I wouldn’t have to ever associate with those Vermons again!
They lie cheat and steal your money!!! When you have to call the Office over and over because they just ride by and never actually get out to read your meter…..But send you an outrageous bill that you have to pay!!!!! Double Check Your Account People!! 👎👎 …
I had one of the women in there take seven dollars and did not give it back.When I got home angd called back she wasvery rude on the phone and hung the phone up on me.I am a paying citizen.I deserve respect.I think she needs to be put somewhere where she will not work with the public!
They never come and check on the things they need to, their water main is broken at the front of my yard in the same place is busted 2 years ago…. water is just constant bubbling out and flooding my yard 🙄 …
The water main in front of my house has been leaking bad and making an ugly mess for over 8 months. It’s a health hazard. Evidently they don’t have the knowledge are capability to repair it.
I drink water like a fish, and I have done some construction in Pascagoula, MS, and I am so so thankful that our water, my water, St Elmo – Irvington water is nowhere near the kind of water served west of here, over in southern Mississippi❗ 😜 ☮️ …

So far so good. I’ve had my water through them for 10+yrs. Great people too.
