Dr. McGraw quickly diagnosed my problem and came up with a treatment plan which involved a shot to my shoulder. His shot technique was so good I felt no pain and in fact did not even know he had already given me the shot. The next day my shoulder felt much better. I have never had any issues here. They always get me in when I need to be seen. Today I saw Dr McGraw and he’s definitely one of my favorites. He took his time and even sat and talked with me about something I’m going thru even though it wasn’t related to my visit today. Definitely recommend him!

Good Service but doctors should also keep in mind patients have other appointments as well, we can not sit in one doctor’s office all day. Both times we had to wait over an hour to see Dr. Shalak. Not to mention we was 15mins early for the apt.
Dr McDowell is just so laid back and so understanding that not all procedures or medications work for everyone and he does EVERYTHING possible to get you an answer/relief. He’s the best and so is everyone from check-in to check-out!!

Orthopedics East was very accommodating in changing my appointment from Wednesday to Tuesday, but it should not have taken 1 hour and 20 minutes to take out my stitches. My appointment was for 3:00pm and I did not leave until 4:20. I had to wait over 1/2 hour in a room before a person showed up.
Saw Owen today and she was awesome! She reviewed my X-rays with me, examined me to ensure range of motion was as expected from my previous surgery and discussed in detail the new diagnosis that I was NOT expecting.

I have seen Owen in the office on a few occasions. She is always very thorough and does an excellent job. Owens bedside manner and report are the very best there is. The most important characteristic Owen possesses as a caregiver is the fact that she not only listens to her patients but she hears what they say. I love seeing Owen!
