Called first time, was hung up on after waiting for the receptionist. Called back, waited 10 minutes then put into a loop that kept saying “press 1 for an appointment”, then I’d press 1, then it would repeat the look, then I’d press 1, you get the loop….
They are rude. Doctors rude. Office people are rude. We have to wait another 15minutes and we are suppose to have a doctors appointment at 3:15pm and it’s 3:32 pm and we are still waiting for the doctor!’ DO NOT GO TO THIS MEDICAL CARE PLACE
Horrible/Terrible service. I have had two appointments and have had to wait over an hour for each. When called back staff could care less about you and or how long you had to wait.Time for a new doctor. Do not recommend at all.

Good doctors and nurse practitioners. Staff is fine. Never had the problems that others have had. Staff is very stable, no revolving door of practicioners like you get with the Franciscan and Multicare clinics. I see my same NP every time.
