I just called Texas Life Insurance to get a quote. My husband is soon to retire. I’ve been dealing with this company for years as I have two policies with them. They’re extremely rude. Every single person I have dealt with is down right dull, impersonal and down right rude.
an accident rider added to my policy and paid for this for 12 years…the death ruled accident/inhalation of carbon monoxide on the death certificate. According to Texas life dying in a house fire doesn’t count as an accident?! Because of section 3 (h) in the accident policy
Do not elect this life insurance as elective coverage to supplement employer provided life insurance! If you leave your employer, and your policy was set to payroll deduct, THIS COMPANY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO KEEP AND PAY FOR YOUR POLICY …
The staff at Texas life were very helpful. I had several questions and each were answered by a qualified staff member. When I sent an email request, I received an immediate response communicating the receipt of the request and information on when I would get a response. Great communication!
Great Company, they have been around forever! My parents used them until they both passed away. I remember them having this company when I was at least 6 and I’m 50 something now. Those days the insurance man use to come to the home and collect. He also was a outstanding man.
After cancelling my policy, they continued to take money out of my check. I emailed and sent in the appropriate paperwork and they initially sent me some of what I paid back; however, when I asked why they continued to be taking out of my check, they did not return my emails and kept “dropping” my call.
After numerous calls to get policy and billing information correct- STILL incorrect. Finally got in touch with a representative who was EXTREMELY RUDE!! I will be canceling my policy! Do not use this company!
WOW THESE POS ARE THE WORST. AFTER I MAILED A FKN FAX TO CANCEL MY FKN ACC THEYRE STILL CHARGING ME AND WANT ME TO DRIVE TO FKN AUSTIN FROM HOUSTON JUST TO CANCEL MY FKN POLICY. Lesson learned: Do not sign up with hispanic agents. They’re the worst. Scammers!
