  1. Have read the reviews and have to believe they pertain to Waco Branch, not the Marlin Branch which I have been a member of for many years and have nothing but praise for them.

  2. Bank is trash and outdated does not allow international transactions have to go into the bank for any fraud complaints or disputes don’t put your money here I hope you guys close out and lose to the newer friendly banks that are easy to work with WORST BANK EVER

  12. Seems to try and nickle and dime any fee that can out of you. I had paperless billing and automatic payments set up from the get go. And still getting erroneous charges that were supposedly fixed and wouldn’t happen again, three times. Their customer service is pretty much f you, we dont care if it was our fault, give money.

I’ve been a member for 37 years and get treated like this. Unbelievable. Next time I am physically in the building will be to close all my accounts.

  16. I’ve had a great experience banking here. They take security seriously. On multiple occasions, I’ve had to confirm my identity by other means other than my driver license in order to prevent fraud. While it is annoying, I am thankful they do that for my protection!
